HC Deb 11 March 1970 vol 797 cc351-2W
Mr. Gwynfor Evans

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many meetings the Welsh Council has had to consider the effect on Wales of entering the Common Market; and if it has reported to him the results of its studies.

Mr. George Thomas

No meetings have been held specifically to consider the Common Market, but this and other relevant subjects will be taken into account by the Council in its consideration of the economic development of Wales.
