HC Deb 09 March 1970 vol 797 c219W
Dr. Winstanley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the average age of the members of the Nurses' Training Institutions Tribunal; what are the ages of the youngest and the oldest members of the tribunal, respectively; and what provision exists for the removal of members of the tribunal on grounds of age or incapacity.

Mr. Crossman

Provision for these tribunals is made in the Nurses Act 1957. They may have two or more members. The last occasion on which such a tribunal was appointed was in 1962.
