Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will amend paragraph 6 of his circular to English Regional Hospital Boards and Boards of 217W Governors on the Concluding Report of the Specification Working Group on Bed Linen dated 29th July 1968 to allow hospital authorities to purchase supplies of cotton terry blankets for general use where this is considered desirable; and if he will make a statement.
