§ 57. Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in the light of the decision of the National Insurance Commissioner in the case of Mr. Malloch and Miss Mullen, he will now take steps to offer engagement in a temporary basis to all qualified and experienced teachers who have been dismissed from employment in the schools for failure to register with the General Teaching Council.
