§ Mr. HattersleyAs a continuing process, surplus Service land that is not built up, is transferred to the Gibraltar Government and surplus built up land is offered to them. The communiqué which followed the December visit of representatives of the Gibraltar Government, announced that the greater part of Viaduct reclamation site is being made available to them without charge.
