Mr. Bob BrownNo. If such legislation is suggested in order to enable new motorways to be better related to their surroundings, we must wait for the report of the Committee on Urban Motorways which is at present considering this question. If, on the other hand, my hon. Friend has in mind a form of compensation, I have nothing to add to what my hon.
