82. Mr. Hugh Jenkins

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what estimate he has made, in his have set up housing information services in line with the Seebohm's Report's recommendations.

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many local authorities have established comprehensive housing advisory services.

Mr. Freeson

So far three authorities have initiated action of this kind: Lambeth, Islington and Birmingham, all of which are housing priority areas. My right hon. Friend hopes that other authorities will do so and is considering what further initiative the Government might take to implement this policy.
