§ Mr. Denis HowellThe question of the valuation of the Town Docks was referred by the city council to the district valuer in October 1968. The matter cannot be settled until the planning assumptions for such a valuation have been decided Negotiations on the planning question are still taking place between the city council and the Docks Board, but I am informed that they are likely to be concluded shortly. No separate request has been made to the district valuer in respect of No. 7 Warehouse.
