§ Mr. LuardNo change has been made in the post of Head of Disarmament Department in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office; nor has Mr. Hope-Jones resigned from the Diplomatic Service. Whether Mr. Hope-Jones has requested a change of appointment is a private and confidential matter between Mr. Hope-Jones and the Administration of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which I would hope that my hon. Friend will agree it would not be proper for me to discuss.
