§ Dr. Gilbertasked the Minister of Transport if he will publish a survey of all local authority concessionary fares schemes now in operation, disclosing specifically the length of time they have been available, the nature of the concessions in each scheme, the number of persons to whom the concession is extended, by category, in each scheme, and on the effect on the rates in each case.
