§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications which member governments at the Universal Postal Union are levying surcharge upon, or otherwise discriminating again, mail from Rhodesia.
§ Mr. ChatawaySince the illegal declaration of independence the following countries have given notice through the Universal Postal Union that they have270W suspended all postal services with Rhodesia: Algeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Tanzania, Uganda, U.S.S.R. There is no requirement to report to the Union the action being taken on invalid Rhodesian stamps but I understand that few countries have decided to surcharge these stamps.
