Rhys Williamsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish a table showing the numbers of all blind persons obtaining benefit from the blind persons' allowance in the most recent year for which figures are procurable divided into income ranges; and if he will state how many blind persons with earned or unearned income are too poor to derive any benefit from the allowance.
