§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that problems connected with former Commonwealth citizens who are now United Kingdom citizens are raised from day to day by these citizens with their Members of Parliament; and whether he will arrange the allocation of duties at the Home Office so that the Under-Secretary dealing with such matters is a Member of the Commons as was the case prior to 18th June, 1970.
