asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his estimate of the reduction in revenue in a full year from abolishing Schedule F tax.

The Budget Estimate for 1970–71 for Schedule 9 income tax on dividends and interest is £935 million. It is estimated that about £700 million of this relates to dividends.
