§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe Board will continue to exercise its functions under the Industrial Training Act. My right hon. Friend is pleased to note that relations between the board and its industry have materially improved following the agreed changes in the method of financing, the decision to set up new area training committees with wider responsibilities and the introduction of administrative economies.
