No. Owners of accredited herds who participate in the new Brucellosis Incentives Scheme which my right hon. Friend announced on 13th July in reply to the hon. and learned Member for Montgomery (Mr. Hooson) and my hon. Friend the Member for Torrington (Mr. Peter Mills), will be able to obtain re-infection insurance for a small fraction of their incentive premium.—[Vol. 803, c.142–4.]
