§ Mr. Wallasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the undecided shape of the future road network in South Humberside, the design of the proposed bypass for Brigg will allow for conversion to a motorway if the whole or a major part of it be required to form part of an extension to the Grimsby area of the proposed M18 motorway.
