§ Mr. Moateasked the Attorney-General if he will take proceedings against those responsible for the unsolicited distribution of advertising material for pornographic literature through the post, in particular by an organisation known as the Running Man Publications.
The Attorney-GeneralProceedings in respect of one of several circulars distributed by the Running Man Press have 97W been instituted and are sub judice. Proceedings will be taken in respect of the distribution of any circular which in the opinion of the Director of Public Prosecutions offends against the Obscene Publications Acts or the Post Office Act.
