asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will give details of the schools in Paisley in which pupils are receiving part-time instruction and the number of pupils on part-time instruction in each of these schools;

(2) what numbers of pupils in schools in Paisley are not receiving full-time education.

At the date of the latest return, which relates to the last week in May, 170 pupils at St. Fergus Primary School, 510 at Paisley West and 36 at Stanely Green Secondary Schools were receiving part-time instruction.
