§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe number of jobs expected to arise in Scotland within the next four years in authorised new industrial buildings and buildings taken over by manufacturing firms amounted at the end of June to some 39,400. It would not be valid to relate this figure to the employment forecast for the period 1964 to 1970 given in the White Paper on the Scottish Economy.
