Mr. Edward TaylorInvitations to serve on the panel have been issued to 197 applicants whose appointment was recommended by the Children's Panel Advisory Committee. My right hon. Friend is also asking the Committee to submit more names as soon as possible in order to achieve a better occupational balance in the panel, and to meet the probable increase in its work.
