§ Mr. RossThe index of the cost of new construction published by the Ministry of Public Building and Works shows an increase of just under 8 per cent. between the third quarter of 1967, when the present cost limits for school building were introduced, and the second quarter of 389W 1969. No separate index of school building costs is maintained.
