§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyThe full range of E.C.G.D.'s facilities is already available for the provision of British goods and services to the whole of Nigeria, with the exception of the three Eastern States. Full cover will be resumed for these States as soon as normal business relationships are practicable.
