asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the total value of exports in coal mining machinery in 1969; and to what countries it was exported.

As the answer contains a number of figures, I will, with permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT. Exports of coal cutters and parts in 1969 amounted to £1.9 million.
