HC Deb 26 January 1970 vol 794 cc235-6W
64. Mr. Christopher Price

asked the Minister of Technology what action he has decided to take following the decision of British Oxygen to raise its prices for oxygen and acetylene by up to 32 per cent.

Dr. Ernest A. Davies

None. There has been no general increase in prices. However, small users who had not been paying an economic price for their supplies are now being asked to do so. I am satisfied that the present prices are not unreasonable.
