§ Mr. George ThomasThe Wales Regional Council of the C.B.I. has recently conveyed to me its support in principle for any venture which could lead to the greater availability of capital and assist industrial development in Wales. I have asked the C.B.I. to keep me informed of the progress of its detailed examination of this matter.
