§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity how 387W many individual applications for industrial retraining have been submitted in Portsmouth during the current financial year; and how many applicants have secured places in suitable courses.
§ Mr. Dell328 applications had been received by 19th February. 59 of the applicants have taken up training, and 48 more have been accepted as suitable and are awaiting allocation. 127 applications are still under consideration.
