HC Deb 26 February 1970 vol 796 c372W
31. Mr. Dalyell

asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what study she has made of the shortage of female employees experienced by many firms in Central East Scotland.

Mr. Dell

From time to time there are complaints about shortages of women workers in Scotland as elsewhere. My Department is well aware of the difficulties and is continuing to examine ways of overcoming them.
