Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of public concern, he will end the practice of his Administration of appointing ex-Ministers to jobs financed wholly or in part from Government funds, whilst at the same time allowing these persons to receive salaries and fees from private industry, which gives rise to conflict of interests.
