asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish, or make available in the Library, the Exchange of Notes between the British and Swiss Governments date 27th August, 1963.

The Exchange of Notes in question was printed as Command 2208 in the Treaty Series, No. 88 (1963) and a copy is already available in the Library of the House.
