Member is referring to the United Nations Educational and Training Programme for 201W Southern Africa, this provides money for the education of Africans who have left the countries of Southern Africa under white minority or colonial rule. It covers Africans from Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, South-West Africa and Rhodesia.
