§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what reply he has given to representations from the Cornwall Education Committee for special approval to build a replacement for the National School in Launceston.
§ Miss BaconThe local education authority informed the Department that replacement of this unsafe school by temporary classrooms would cost £24,500, of which £3,300 could be met from their allocation for minor capital works in 1969–70. I have increased the allocation by the further £21,200 required.
