§ Mr. William RodgersHer Majesty's Stationery Office aims to recover its publishing and bookselling costs over the general range of its publications. In 1968–69 it had a net surplus of approximately £60,000 or 1.2 per cent. of the face value of its publishing output, excluding debates and gazettes, to which special considerations apply.
