Mr. Ted Fletcher

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how much financial Government aid was given to the Darlington Borough Council in the year 1963–64; what is the estimated aid in 1969–70 and 1970–71; and if he will provide details of these payments.

For 1969–70 and 1970–71 only the estimated amounts of rate support grant can be given; amounts of specific revenue grants, housing subsidies and capital grants are not yet known.
