Mr. Molloyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will issue a circular giving advice to juvenile courts as to the arrangements to be made for accommodating children and young people in the precincts of a court while inquiries are being made as to the availability of accommodation in children's homes and approved schools.
§ Mr. Elystan MorganMy right hon. Friend will include advice on this matter in the guidance on Part I of the Children and Young Persons Act, 1969, which he proposes to issue this summer. He is considering whether to issue interim advice in the meantime.
