§ Mr. SkeffingtonI understand from the county council that it has now received a formal planning application, but that it has requested further details before considering it. Local representations have been made to my right hon. Friend that he should call the application in and hold a public inquiry. He will decide whether to intervene when he has received the council's considered views on the application and a full account of the representations made to it.
