§ Mr. EnnalsIn the past two months representations on heating costs and related matters from one national and four local organisations concerned with the needs of old people have been received. As to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given by the Prime Minister on 20th January which indicated the improvement in standards of benefit introduced by the Government.—[Vol. 794, c.113–14.]
