HC Deb 09 February 1970 vol 795 cc249-50W
Mr. Pavitt

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of the consultant advisers on commercial policy and exports appointed since 1964, together with the fields of their responsibility.

Mr. Crossman

I appointed Sir Raymond Brown, O.B.E., in November, 1969, as part-time consultant adviser on commercial and export policy in relation to the medical supplies industries. His work is particularly directed towards improving our export performance in these industries and the saving of imports. This is the only such appointment made since 1964.
