Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Prime Minister what action he takes to ensure that when delegates to international conferences are required to be appointed by Her Majesty's Government from Members of the House of Commons such delegates are selected to represent all shades of opinion; and if he will ensure that selection is not restricted to twenty or thirty Members selected and approved by the Whips of each party.
