§ Mr. Gordon Campbellasked the Prime Minister which Ministers are responsible for fish farming, in sea and fresh water, respectively, in Scotland, England and Wales.
§ The Prime MinisterFisheries matters in general are within the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in respect of England and Wales, and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland in respect of Scotland. But particular aspects of fish farming could of course engage the responsibilities of other Ministers.
