§ Mr. FreesonThe building regulations, including those relating to structural fire precautions, are enforced by local authorities, under Part II of the Public Health Act, 1961. I believe fire regulations are properly observed and enforced, but if the hon. Member will send me particulars of cases on which he has doubts, I shall be glad to look into them.
