§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, following legal proceedings in Venezuela, he will make a statement to the House on the circumstances that led to the death near Caracas of Mr. Richard White and on the subsequent actions of the Venezuelan authorities and the British Embassy in Caracas.
