§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his latest estimate of the number of widows who are unable to qualify for National Insurance widow's benefit by reason of the fact that their husbands died before they could satisfy the minimum contribution conditions laid down in the National Insurance Acts.
