§ Mr. David Clarkasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) if she will list the polytechnics which have students enrolled who are confined to wheelchairs;
(2) if she will list the universities which have students enrolled who are confined to wheelchairs;
(3) how many universities had students enrolled who were confined to a wheelchair for each of the last five years; and what was the corresponding figure for 1960–61.
