§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will request the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis to cause an investigation to be made to ascertain why London policemen have been observed speaking to the owners of cars and lorries standing by their vehicles which are breaking the law in that no road fund licences are being exhibited, and refusing to take action when requested to do so by members of the public.
