§ Mr. Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how much plastic strip is being used by area electricity boards, instead of clay or concrete covers, for the protection of cables carrying a voltage of up to 11,000 volts; and whether he will direct the discontinuance of the use of these strips until he has satisfied himself that they are in the interests of public safety.
