§ Mr. SharplesThe Chief Constable of Birmingham is aware of the newspaper report sent to my right hon. Friend by the hon. Member. It is for him to investigate allegations of criminal offences, and any evidence that such offences have been or are being committed should be brought to the notice of the police.
