HC Deb 17 December 1970 vol 808 c447W
Q18. Mr. Rose

asked the Prime Minister whether he is satisfied with the co-ordination between Her Majesty's Customs and the Director of Public Prosecutions concerning material which if distributed in Great Britain is contrary to the Race Relations Act, 1965: and whether he will make a statement.

Mr. Maudling

I have been asked to reply.

The Race Relations Act does not impose any duties on the Customs and Excise.
