§ Mr. Michael HeseltineThe next step is the determination of the Tynemouth County Borough Council's appeal against the refusal of the Northumbrian River Authority to consent to the discharge of 359W sewage effluent from this housing project. My hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Housing and Construction has written to the hon. Lady to this effect.
