§ Mr. Colemanasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will give an estimate of what effect the Government's recent halving of the increase in the rate support grant will have upon the rates of the Neath Rural District Council, expressed in monetary terms or as a percentage;
(2) if he will give an estimate of what effect the Government's recent halving of the increase in the rate support grant will have upon the rates of the Neath Borough Council, expressed in monetary terms or as a percentage.
